JSC "R&D enterprise Electrobalt" - Research and Development enterprisewas established in 1992 on the basis of the All-Union trust "Hydroelectromontazh". The enterprise is one of the leading manufacturer of electrodistributors and switch gear: high-voltage equipment and low-voltage complete devices. The main customers of Electrobalt are "UES of Russia" RJSC (Unified Energy System of the Russian Federation), oil and gas complex, manufacturing and construction facilities of Russia and CIS.

  • Automation helped to manage the production process and to monitor the supply chain of the materials and component parts. It reflects all the management and subordinate processes - from the order placement, determination of requirements in the component parts to placing the product in storage and realization of output. For each stage of the production chain the executives were appointed whose duties were got under control
  • The management group of JSC "R&D enterprise Electrobalt" has the on-line control of the order fulfillment on the any stage of the product process, information on the expired costs and deviation of the actual data from the planned one. It helps to react quickly on the changing of the market environment, take reasonable decisions in the sphere of material procurement and enterprise management, built strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • The management group got all the necessary tools for the cost management and computation of the prime-cost of the end product. The system allows getting data on the prime-cost structure, helps to control the cash flow and resource consuming, reflects the whole picture of the material expenditure and movement.
  • There is a possibility of compounding and keeping of product manifest which helps to plan money expenditure
  • System functional allows getting data on the price-cost of the run-out production for the certain sample period, which helps the top management to negotiate with suppliers and customers.
