CJSC "FORD MOTOR COMPANY"

The plant was officially opened on July 9, 2002. Production cycle includes welding of the car body, painting and final assembling. The only Ford plant in the world that realizes the new Focus in all four car bodies: sedan, station wagon, three-door hatchback and five-door hatchback.

Key Results

The following systems were developed and implemented:

ITIRS. System assignment:

  • Controlling of IT and HelpDesk staff’s current duties
  • Controlling of users’ access rights in the system. There is a possibility for the approved changes in the users’ access rights on the level of 1C platform and ActiveDirectory
  • Recording of the IT department equipment: self phones, PCs, etc.
  • Automation of the time control for the given equipment (automated notification of the staff about the date of expiry)

Dispatch&Logisticsystem. System assignment:

  • Management of the delivery of the car to the dealers
  • Loading, getting of logistics information, management of logistics delays
  • Automated data exchange with corporate systems
  • Automated mailing of the information to the dealers

Material flow management system. System assignment:

  • Management of the delivery of OEM components to the dealers
  • Loading, getting of logistics information, management of logistics delays
  • Automated data exchange with corporate systems
  • Automated mailing of the information to the dealers

Pay-roll calculation and HR management. System assignment:

  • HR management: staff recruitment, questionnaire, training, financial motivation of the staff
  • Regulated personnel records and pay-roll calculation
  • Timekeepers’ workplace helps to draw up documents in a short time
  • Pay-roll calculation for the employees whose salary depends on attendance and absence from work

FMC ZAO Accounting (Accounting system). System assignment:

  • Regulated accounting based on Accounting Statute-18 (PBU-18)
